Events in Ischia: Discover All the Island's 2025 Celebrations

Ischia is rich in diverse events throughout the year: from those tied to ancient traditions, such as the celebrations each town or village on the island of Ischia dedicates to its Patron Saint, to the Angel's Run held on Easter in Forio, the Feast of Sant'Anna on July 26th by the sea beneath the Aragonese Castle, or the 'Ndrezzata,' a traditional Ischian dance in Barano.

Andar per Sentieri and Andar per Cantine have become two iconic events over the decades, offering a journey through lesser-known aspects, colors, scents, and flavors of the island of Ischia, increasingly appreciated by our visitors.

Ischia Film Festival, now in its 23rd edition, will take place from June 28 to July 5, 2025.

Classical music concerts at the La Mortella Gardens.

Exhibitions at Villa Arbusto, the archaeological museum in Lacco Ameno, the Aragonese Castle in Ischia Ponte, and the Torrione in Forio.

On September 12, the "Santa Maria al Monte" celebration in Forio, perhaps the most 'local' of the festivals: a small church reachable only on foot, located about 450 meters above sea level.

This year, Andar per Cantine will run from September 20 to October 6.

From September 29, the "San Michele" celebration in Sant'Angelo features the spectacular procession of boats.

During the summer, there are plenty of events to enjoy, from concerts by famous artists at Negombo or in various squares across the island to food festivals in Serrara, Fontana, Forio, and Panza.
